This is the prospect which meets us as we pass the junction of Bromley Road and Randlesdown Road.  It is an eyesore which results from an ongoing battle of wills between the owner of the property and Lewisham Council.

The address is 208-210 Bromley Road & 2-4 Randlesdown Road.

A planning application was put forward in 2015.  The application did not succeed.  Whatever the merits of the proposal one important facet to bear in mind is that the land concerned is designated as a Strategic Industrial Location (SIL).
