Last summer (2017 & 2018) intrusive music noise from parties was a big problem in our part of Catford South.

The Lewisham Council Enforcement Team are not available during weekends and the Police will only attend venues to deal with evidence of criminality.

However the Enforcement Team will deal retrospectively with complaints by for example and if necessary withdrawing licences from premises being hired out for events.

So it is important that complaints are still made to the Council Enforcement Team via the Lewisham Council website to be recorded and promptly dealt with.
